Shipping, Return, and Exchange
Shipping
Naky Hwang Shop is a small business with limited opening hours. We usually post our orders Tuesday to Thursday so please bear with us, we will let you know as soon as your items have been sent and provide you with a tracking number. We currently ship to the UK, the US and South Korea but if you have any queries about worldwide shipping please contact us at info.naky.shop@gmail.com and we can advise if this would be possible.
Please allow 1-5 days for us to process and ship your order. Our deliver times are approximations and start from the date of shipping rather than the date of your order.
Please use the delivery times below as a guide but note these may differ on a case to case basis. In some cases, delivery times can take longer than expected due to customs clearance in certain countries. Do note that in places like Highlands or Islands there may also be a surcharge.
Delivery times
UK – Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature – 2 to 3 days
US – Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed – 8 to 15 days
South Korea – Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed – 7 to 21 days
Please note: customers outside of the UK may be required to pay import tax or local sales taxes which are not included in our prices and are out of our control.
Return
Original drawings
Original drawings, unfortunately, cannot be returned or exchanged. If the artwork is damaged in the process of delivery, please contact us at info.naky.shop@gmail.com with pictures of the damage.
Digital prints and books
To return, please contact us at info.naky.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order for us to confirm the return. You must ensure you ship the order back to us, in its original condition, within 7 days of receiving this confirmation. Any returns sent after the deadline may be rejected and are subject to our discretion. Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our policy requirements.
Unfortunately, Naky Hwang Shop cannot front the cost of shipping returns or any return duties or customs tax, but we can recommend sending any returns using a signed for postal service.
Once we have received your return we will try to process it as soon as possible but please do allow 7 days from the date of us processing it for your refund to appear in your original payment method.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accommodate any exchange requests. In order to get around this you can place a new order for your desired item and return your original order by contacting us at info.naky.shop@gmail.com to start the return process.
