Client: Alta Cucina Seoul

An artwork for a restaurant, Alta Cucina. Based on site research and tasting the menu, categorised and systemised the taste of ingredients of Alta Cucina menu, visualised the Alta Cucina experience.

이탈리안 레스토랑 알타 쿠치나를 위한 아트워크. 백승진 셰프, 백승민 매니저, 박정묵 대표와의 대화와 메뉴 테이스팅, 현장 방문 조사를 거쳐 알타쿠치나의 메뉴를 구성하는 재료들을 다시 각 특징적 맛으로 분류하고, 가상현실상 좌표면에 배열하여 읽어낼 수 있는 지도화된 알타 쿠치나 경험을 구현하였습니다.
